STROUD illustrator Tom Sears celebrated the launch of his latest project by decorating the window of the Yellow-Lighted Bookshop in Nailsworth.
Tom and his brother, bestselling author Rob Sears, have teamed up to create a new children's book called The Biggest Footprint.
The Biggest Footprint is an illustrated, fact-filled book about climate change and protecting our planet.
Children from Avening Primary School contributed their ‘smooshed’ animal paintings to help Tom to transform the bookshop's window.
Tom and Rob's book imagines all of humankind as one giant human being and explores the consequences of all our combined actions on the future of Planet Earth.
Drawing on fascinating stats and beautiful illustrations, this book offers ways that we can care for and respect our planet, in a fresh and accessible way.
