FIVE Valleys shopping centre is offering free parking every Sunday until Christmas.

The announcement coincides with the centre turning up the sparkle on its festive events, with musicians, late night openings, Sunday take-overs and food demonstrations and lots of Christmas lights.

Parking will be free on all levels of the car park every Sunday from 21 November to 19 December, in a bid to bring more shoppers to Stroud.

Five Valley’s events and market manager, Jess Derham said: “Our free parking gives that extra sprinkle of glitter to a lovely day out with the family and leave a few extra pounds for an extra Christmas treat.”

The fun kicks off on Friday 19th of November with live music and late-night markets.

Plus Sandersons Boutique will be welcoming customers with Christmas drinks, chocolates and Christmas cracker surprises, plus a festive goodie bag for anyone spending more than £100 in store.

Sandersons Boutique manager Simon Bateman said: “We’ll be offering glasses of Prosecco, orange juice and some delicious chocolates to help everyone gets into the Christmas spirit.

"We want all of our customers to feel extra special when they walk through our doors.”

Five Valley’s Markets and Events Coordinator, Jess Derham said: “Where else can you buy the turkey, stock up fresh fruit and veg, pick up a bottle of Prosecco and then sit down to a bowl of sensational street food? Five Valleys gives you all that and more.”

If that isn’t enough festive fun, the Stroud Social is back. On the 3rd to 5th of December the social will be held on King Street, Stroud in partnership with local authorities and promises a jam-packed weekend of festivities including live music, cooking demonstrations from local chefs, mulled wine and the chance to meet Santa.

Watch out for more news coming soon about Thursday late-night openings at Five Valleys shopping centre and indoor markets.
