The family of a Gloucestershire man who has been missing for more than a week are appealing for anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.

Joe Bellingham was last seen on CCTV in Cheltenham on Friday, January 7.

Renewing their appeal for information, Joe’s sister, Alice Brown, urged the public to keep looking for him and to call police with any information they have around sightings.

She said: “This is completely out of character for Joe and has come completely out of the blue for us.

“Joe is a person who is so soft and gentle. We know that, wherever he is, he will be worried and anxious and may be potentially scared of other people, so could be hiding.

“We want people to continue to keep an eye out for him and, if anyone does see him, to please be kind to him and to call 999, so that police are able to respond and collect him as soon as possible.

“We just want him to be home and safe with us again.”

Joe, 34, is described as being 5ft 11in in height, of a large build and has dark brown curly hair. His appearance could now be scruffy due to the time that has passed since he was last sighted.
