She died at home in Minchinhampton on 2nd March 2022 aged 87.

Former headteacher at Gastrells school, having previously taught at Ebley Children’s Home, Uplands and Parliament Street schools.

A Celebration of Heulwen’s life will be held at Cheltenham Crematorium on Wednesday 23 March at 12 Noon.
