THE FAMILY of a 62-year-old woman  issued an urgent plea after she went missing.

She has been found.

Concern is growing for Angela from Hucclecote, who has not been seen by her family for more than three weeks.

She was last seen when she was dropped at a hospital appointment at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital on Monday, March 7.

She later messaged her family on Monday, March 14.

It is believed she may have travelled to Birmingham after reports that she attended a hospital in the city on Sunday 20 March.

Her family contacted police on Sunday (27 March) to report her missing after failing to track her down themselves.

Officers would like to speak to anybody who remembers seeing Angela over the last three weeks.

She is likely to have caught a train to Birmingham, so they are particularly keen to speak to anybody who may recall seeing her at a train station.

Police are also urging Angela to come forward herself and let her family know that she is safe.

Anybody with information is asked to contact Gloucestershire Constabulary on 101, quoting incident 179 of 27 March.

If you are with Angela at the time of calling, please ring 999.
