STROUD District Council's phone line and website are down this morning.
The council is having problems with their internet servers which affect the website and phone lines.
Anyone who has an emergency should phone 01453 222104 and your details will be passed to the relevant service - please note it’s important this line is kept open for genuine emergencies
"If you are trying to get hold of us please accept our apologies & try later," said a statement from SDC.
