PLANS for a new alcohol licence for an established wine business have been submitted to Stroud District Council.
The application - submitted by When in Rome, located in Brimscombe - is for an internet based only wine sales business.
This application is to allow the company to develop retail sales to small businesses.
The company, which specialises in Italian alcoholic beverages, have a private office in the Brimscombe Port Mill Building East Suite.
The premises is not however open to the public.
