THE RESULT of the Stonehouse Town Council by-election has been revealed.
There were two candidates for the by-election which took place on Tuesday, April 4.
One was former RAF officer Wendy Thomson, who stood as an independent.
The other was Tyler White, from the newly formed National Distributist Party.
Ms Thomson received 652 votes while Mr White got 58, meaning Ms Thomson has been elected as a town councillor for Stonehouse Town Council.
