AMBERLEY once again played host to a herd of brilliant bovines in honour of the annual cow hunt over the weekend.

To celebrate the upcoming arrival of the real cows to the surrounding common, dozens of dressed up wooden cows were located in various places around the village and the surrounding common.

This year's ‘amoosingly’ named cows included: Harry Potter character Albus Dum-BULL-dore, Disney legend MOO-ry Poppins and celebrating Eurovision with MOO-rovision.

The popular family event, which has been running for over a decade, was held on Saturday and Sunday, April 29 and 30, in aid of Amberley Parochial School.
