FAMILIES and friends gathered at the town centre to enjoy the annual Stroud Festival of Food and Drink.

The three-day event was jam-packed with cookery demonstrations, food talks, live music, children's entertainment, artisan produce, food trucks and bars.

Visitors celebrated the best local food producers in the area under blue skies and sunshine.

There was a range of food and drink in London Road, Fawkes Place and Lansdown and a dedicated area for children's activities in Bank Gardens.

Food trucks lined the streets and offered everything from international cuisine and local artisan produce, to vegan street food.

One of the main attractions was a talk by food writer and anti-poverty campaigner Jack Monroe on Friday, May 19.

Additionally, leading wine expert Oz Clarke hosted an intimate hour of wine tasting, tips and opinion at The George Room on Saturday, May 20.
