SOME SHELVES are empty in a Stroud supermarket.
Waitrose, in London Road, is having some supply issues with fresh and chilled items.
These issues occurred over the Bank Holiday weekend and in many stores across the country.
In the Stroud store, a sign was left by the empty shelves to explain the issues and to thank customers for their patience.
"We are experiencing supply issues with some fresh and chilled items," it read.
"Daily deliveries continue, but with less stock than usual.
"We're working hard to restore our full range as soon as possible."
