A STONEHOUSE man has been sentenced for assaulting a police officer and a woman at a hotel.
Daniel Dirmauskas, aged 29, of Woodcock Lane, Stonehouse, was sentenced at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Monday.
Dirmauskas assaulted two people - a male police officer and a woman - at the Copthorne Hotel in Western Approach, Plymouth on November 5 last year.
He was convicted of common assault of an emergency worker and assault by beating during a hearing at Plymouth District Magistrates' Court on March 22.
At the sentencing, a six-month community order was imposed which includes an alcohol treatment requirement and plus 150 hours of unpaid work.
Dirmauskas must also pay a £114 victim services surcharge plus £85 costs.
This must paid by July 10.
