CELEBRITY TV chef Tom Kerridge has spoken out and publicly shown his support for Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home.

The Gloucester-born restaurateur has urged the public to donate to or adopt animals from the animal shelter near Dursley.

Cotswold Dogs & Cats Home, based in Cambridge, cares for and re-homes animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. 

Kerridge is known for his appearance on shows including Great British Menu, MasterChef and Saturday Kitchen.

In a 40 second video, Kerridge says: “I’m a big fan of rescue dogs and I’ve had the pleasure of owning two rescues in my life so far, each one of them with amazing personalities and so much love to give.

“The Cotswold Dogs & Cats Home is an independent charity based in the heart of the Cotswolds.

“They have been providing care for animals in the community for over 80 years and they help over 1,000 animals each year.

“They rely on the support of the community to continue doing the fantastic work that they do.
