RECENT drone photography has captured a new housing development at Great Oldbury in Stonehouse.
Aerial images showcase a bird's-eye view of the new development, which encompasses 181 new homes, just off Grove Lane.
Set within three acres of open space at the edge of Gloucestershire, Great Oldbury is two miles from junction 13 of the M5, less than three miles to Stonehouse train station and 2.5 miles to Stonehouse town centre.
A primary school and nursery have also recently opened on the development.
Just a two-minute walk away from the development are countryside walks along the Thames and Severn Canal Towpath.
Andrea Pilgrim, sales director for Barratt Homes Bristol, said: “Great Oldbury has been an extremely popular development and it’s lovely to see the community that has grown as we have built it out, from first time buyers and families settling into their new homes.”
Barratt Homes offers a Key Worker Contribution Scheme to homebuyers in working in the key sectors.
In this scheme for every £20,000 spent on a home, Barratt Homes will contribute £1,000 towards your deposit and provide new carpets.
