A POPULAR Stroud event due to take place this weekend has been cancelled due to the weather.
Stroud Show, due to take place tomorrow, Saturday, at Stratford Park, has been cancelled as a precaution due to the weather.
A spokesperson said: "With regret we have decided to cancel this year's show due to the forecast of high gusty winds and thunder.
"We will be back next year."
Organisers say they will be in touch with stallholders and performers as soon as they can.
