AN INDIAN restaurant in Stroud has achieved a high hygiene grade months after a low one.
Rajdoot Tandoori, based in Gloucester Street, Stroud, was given a four star grade following a rating on Wednesday, August 9.
This comes just two months after it scored a one star rating following an inspection in June.
Ratings are given on a score from 0-5, with five being the highest.
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority.
