A 49-YEAR-OLD man from Stroud has been fined and banned from the road after drug-driving in a Skoda Octavia.
Matthew White, whose address on the court register is given as the London Hotel in London Road, Stroud, admitted a charge of driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs.
He was sentenced at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on August 31.
White was caught in a Skoda Octavia in Alfred Street, Gloucester on January 21.
The court register does not specify what drug was in his system.
White was fined £120 and must pay a £48 victim services surcharge plus £40 costs - a total of £208 which must be paid by September 28.
He was banned from driving for three years.
