A STROUD town centre road was closed this morning.
Police closed Russell Street following an incident which appear to have involved two cars near the Lord John.
At the time of writing, 12.10pm, the road was reopened.
An ambulance was seen at the scene.
We have asked the police for more information and will update you when we get it.
