A MAN from Stonehouse has been caught driving while over the drug limit.
James Nicholls, aged 40, of Oldends Lane, Stonehouse, was caught by police over the legal limit for tetrahydrocannabinol, a form of cannabis.
Nicholls was caught while driving a Ford Transit in Duxbury Close, Great Oldbury on April 24.
He was over the legal limit of two micrograms per litre of blood.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on November 7, where Nicholls pleaded guilty.
He was fined £316, ordered to pay a £126 surcharge plus £85 in costs - a total of £527
Nicholls was also banned from driving for 12 months.
