Penna Homecare based in Stroud wins multiple awards

Penna Homecare, which has clients in Stroud and the surrounding areas, last week won The Home Care Employer Award in the South West region at The Great British Care Awards.

This means they are now national finalists for the Employer of the Year.

This follows from the Provider of the Year award they won at the end of September at the  Gloucestershire Care Providers Association (GCPA) annual care industry awards. 

Penna Homecare Ltd also last month celebrated 10 years of service. 

A spokesperson said: "When Sarah and Tracey set up Penna Homecare in 2013 they knew the standards of care they wanted their company to deliver from day one.

"Over the years they have demonstrated and worked with the team to continue to do this and always strive to do better.

"We are all totally elated to have won these award and be recognised for the amazing company we are and all the teams efforts every single day.

"It means so much to everybody within our company to be recognised for all the hard work they do.

"Each and every member of staff puts 100 per cent into their work and the care that our carers give to our clients is second to none."
