Just a note of caution to users of the Five Valleys Multi Storey Car Park in Stroud.
As a 74 year old lady with no "apps" on my phone I am happy to pay by card.
However after a recent visit I was surprised to receive a £100 fine letter when I still had the ticket in my car. On closer inspection of the ticket in my haste to navigate the confusing buttons and get to a health appointment I had entered one letter of my registration number wrongly.
After appealing this fine and attaching the ticket to prove I had paid I was told I had breached their Terms and Conditions by making this error but they would very kindly reduce my fine to £20.
Needless to say I will not be using this car park again.
