A STROUD man found guilty of ignoring a court order by playing loud music faces a further crackdown.
Craig Martin, of Chapel Street, Stroud, was found guilty of breaching an abatement notice which bans him from playing 'amplified music and amplified speech'.
The court heard that he played loud music between April 17 and April 27 last year.
Stroud District Council served the order under the Environmental Protection Act.
The case was proved in his absence at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Monday and Martin now faces further action.
The same court will consider making him the subject of a criminal behaviour order at a hearing on January 22.
Martin's age was not given on the court register.
