THE amount of call outs by the fire service across the area last year has been revealed.
An FOI request has revealed the number of incidents attended by Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023.
According to the data provided, there were 5,785 call outs from fire stations in the county.
Stroud Community Fire Station was the fourth busiest station with 492 call outs.
Meanwhile, Nailsworth Community Fire and Rescue Station had just 70 calls outs last year.
Elsewhere in the area, Dursley Community Fire and Rescue Station had 228 call outs and Wotton Community Fire Station had just 103 call outs.
