A STROUD man found guilty of ignoring a court order by playing loud music is due to be sentenced next month.
Craig Martin, aged 52, of Chapel Street, Stroud, was found guilty of breaching an abatement notice which bans him from playing 'amplified music and amplified speech' by playing loud music between April 17 and April 27 last year,
The case against Martin was proved in his absence at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on January 8.
He was due to be sentenced on January 22 but the case was adjourned until March 18.
The court will also consider making him the subject of a criminal behaviour order.
