POLICE have issued multiple alerts following incidents across the Stroud area.

Theft in Chapel Street 

A wing mirror was stolen from a car parked in Chapel Street, Stroud.

Police say the incident happened between midnight Tuesday, February, 20 and 10.30am Wednesday, February 21

Theft in Great Oldbury 

Meanwhile, a disc cutter and a spinning laser was stolen from a container located in a fenced area in Great Oldbury. 

Police say the incident happened between 5pm Wednesday, February 21 and 9am Thursday, February 22 in Great Oldbury Drive.

Theft in Uplands

In addition, two bottles of cider were stolen from a car parked in Uplands. 

The vehicle was also ransacked by the thief. 

Police say the incident happened between 6pm Wednesday, February 21 and 7am Thursday, February 22 in Thompson Road.

Attempted theft in Bisley

Thieves also attempted to steal a quad bike from a farm in Bisley. 

A trailer was pulled from a shed in the same address, and the tail lift was ripped off.

The shed was also ransacked and the quad bike was discovered discarded.

Police say the incident happened between 5.30pm and 8.50pm Thursday, February 22. 

Officers have urged residents to remember to lock all outbuildings with a secure padlock.

Coffee shop targeted in Stroud town centre 

A thief also targeted a coffee shop in the town centre. 

A male in dark clothing was seen on CCTV forcing open the shop’s door in Russell Street at approximately 4.45am.
