WORK is continuing at one of Stroud town centre's most hated grot spots.
The once popular Charcoal Grill in George Street has been closed for several years - with the unit becoming increasingly unsightly.
And the SNJ can today reveal the site's future.
It is due to reopen as King Burger Pizza and Kebab - with new signage now in place.
Over the years there have been several calls for action at the site on social media.
However, in recent months works have been undertaken at the site.
