A MAN from Berkeley faces a whopping court bill for failing to identify the driver of a vehicle.
Colin Cosimini, aged 62, of Salter Street, Berkeley, failed to give police the identity of a BMW driver.
It was alleged the driver was caught speeding on A430 Secunda Way in Gloucester on August 6. last year.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on March 5 and was proved via the single justice procedure.
He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 plus £90 in costs - a total of £1,014.
He was also given six points on his licence.
