POLICE have conducted speed checks at two areas near Stroud. 

PCSO King, Francis and Woodward conducted speed checks in Nailsworth and Horsley in two 30mph zones on Saturday. 

Officers say that out of approximately 181 cars around nine drove between 31-33mph, while no vehicles were 35mph or over.

The female then received care from South West Ambulance Service.
