Police are appealing for information to locate a man who has been reported missing from Stroud.

Officers are concerned for the welfare of 50-year-old Ian who was reported missing as he has not been seen since Friday 1 March.

Ian has a transient lifestyle and lives in a tent in a field in the Whiteshill area. He usually collects post from a friend's address every two weeks, but hasn’t done so for two months which is out of character and has caused concerns.

Officers have conducted a number of enquiries to locate Ian and are now asking for information from the public.

Anyone who has seen Ian or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident 134 of 15 April.
