A MYSTERY woman from Gloucestershire is set to receive a transformative sum of money each month after winning big in a National Lottery draw.

The woman, known as Miss L, has won £10,000 a month for 30 years after matching the five main numbers and the Life Ball in the Set For Life draw on May 6.

The lucky Gloucestershire local played using a personal selection of sentimental numbers via The National Lottery’s website.

The National Lottery has awarded over £94 billion in prizes and created over 7,200 millionaires or multimillionaires since its launch in 1994.

Interactive winners have the opportunity to release their name, remain anonymous or release some details through partial publicity, like Miss L.

Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said: “What incredible news for Miss L, who can now look forward to receiving £10,000 every month for the next 30 years.

“What a lifechanging amount of money.”
