A 30-YEAR-OLD Stroud man was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon after he was seen wielding a hammer on Sunday evening, August 8.
Four police cars turned up to the scene outside Tesco Express in Stratford Road, Stroud, around 10pm.
The arrested man was bailed to return to Stroud police station on Tuesday, September 7, pending further inquiries.
