police in Gloucester are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a man was caught on CCTV performing a lewd act on himself in front of a member of the public.
The incident happened at around 3.30am on Sunday July 11 at the bus station in Market Parade in Gloucester.
The man was seen performing the act in front of a member of the public who was sat on a bench in the bus station. The offender then walked off in the direction of Kings Walk.
Officers have since arrested an 18-year-old local man on suspicion of indecency. He has been bailed to return to the police station on September 10 pending further enquiries.
The member of the public, who had a large red suitcase with them, did not report the incident to police but officers are eager to speak to them, or anyone else who witnessed the incident.
