A MOTORCYCLIST remains in hospital with serious injuries following a collision on the B4014 near Long Newnton, Tetbury.
The collision happened at around 4.50pm on Friday, August 17 and involved a silver Ford Fiesta and a Yamaha motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, a 65-year-old man from Cheltenham, was airlifted to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol where he is receiving medical treatment.
The driver of the car, a 24-year-old woman from Wiltshire, was not injured in the collision.
Witnesses to the collision are asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 313 of August 17.
The road was closed until around 9pm whilst the emergency services worked at the scene.
