A GROUP of students gained valuable work experience this summer with Novalis Trust.
Four health and social care pupils from SGS College worked with residents at Paradise House care home in Painswick for two weeks.
Pottery, textiles and gardening were just some of the sessions that students took part in to give them the experience of working in a care setting.
Vanessa Haughey, work placement officer at SGS College, said: "The experience is invaluable in giving the students an idea of what job roles they can potentially progress into."
