MEMBERS and guests met in the village hall on Tuesday, July 9, everyone enjoying the superb view from the South facing windows in the lovely evening sun.
The chairman announced that the club will visit the garden of our last month's speaker - Caroline Tatham, proprietor of 'The Cotswold Gardening School' at Gossington Hall next year.
The visit to Spetchley Park Gardens recently was a great success and enjoyed by everyone.
The next outing will be to 'Waterperry Gardens' on Saturday, August 10, There will be no meeting in the village hall next month, therefore, the next meeting will be on Tuesday, September 10 with our favourite speaker Jon Mason, starting at 7.30p.m.
The chairman welcomed back Paul Hervey Brookes to talk about 'The Winter Garden' accompanied with slides.
Cilla Tidmarsh thanked Paul for a most interesting and informative programme.
Refreshments were served by Norma and the raffle drawn and won by Val Flack and Linda Foreman.
