Sixteen games unbeaten and in the second round of the FA Vase.

The run we've been on has been an outstanding effort by all involved.

We decided to slightly change our formation and way of playing after our three defeats in a row, back in August, and the lads have adapted brilliantly to it.

The spirit and will to work hard for each other is what has earned us the right to be in this situation.

I’ve asked the lads to not get overly confident in anything we do and they are not the sort of group who will get carried away.

Can we keep it going? As long as we are still competing and working hard there's no reason for us to approach any game without belief.

We are obviously well aware that we will lose a game to end this run and when we do, it'll be a test of character to pick ourselves up again.

I think our goalkeeper Steve Sparrow deserves a lot of credit, his form in goal has been outstanding and it's important he plays well for us to keep up any good run.

Although we have deserved the wins we've picked up and the only game we deserved to lose was away at Highworth.

This is a talented, honest and hard working group of lads who give their all in every game. We set no targets at the start of the season for the group so the immediate target is to see how long we can keep going for.

Finally, all the best to Ollie Pitt  who broke his leg last week. Ollie has been outstanding this season. His desire to work hard, his impact on the squad and his overall quality has probably earned us  six to eight points already this season, so we will miss him.

He's the sort of lad who will do all the rehab he can to get back fighting fit and we certainly won't rush him.

As for replacements, we are tentatively looking to bring someone in but it has to be the right person. There is no rush to do so straight away, but it's certainly something we have started thinking about.
