ON-LOAN Forest Green goalkeeper Dale Eve has returned to Premier League Stoke City.
Eve had recently extended his stay with the National League leaders for a further month.
Eve, 20, was part of Bermuda’s squad for this year’s World Cup qualifying campaign and kept goal in Rovers' televised 2-1 fourth qualifying round win at Margate.
"Dale has been absolutley fantastic for us and I would like to thank my former club Stoke for allowing him to come to us," said Forest Green boss Ady Pennock.
Meanwhile, Steve Arnold has recovered from ankle surgery and is contention to challenge Jonny Maxted for the number one spot in the FA Cup first round tie at AFC Wimbledon on Saturday.
