KIDDERMINSTER Harriers have parted company with former Forest Green boss David Hockaday after just three months in charge.
Harriers chief executive Colin Gordon, a former team-mate of Hockaday's at Swindon Town, is expected to take on team affairs.
Harriers lie bottom of the National League, 12 points shy of safety.
Hockaday, who managed Leeds United after his departure from Forest Green in 2013, took charge of his last Kidderminster game against Rovers in their 3-0 defeat at the New Lawn on December 28.
"We've talked at length and both agree that this is the right move forward," said Harriers chairman Rod Brown.
"We'd like to thank Dave for his hard work and contribution to the club during his time with us."
