STUNNING sunshine welcomed in the 2017 Isabel Turk Angel Fund charity golf day at the Thornbury golf club. More than 100 players enjoyed 18 holes of golf, followed by an exceptional evening meal.
The team and individual competition was hotly contested, with Pat Casey the overall individual winner and Geoff Allen, John Nation, Stuart Tym and Vic Roberts winning the team event.
Charlie Pike organised another incredible event, which raised in excess of £1,500 for the charity.
Isabel’s fund which is set up within spinal muscular atrophy support uk, currently stands at over £100,000.
