County League
Lebeq Utd 5
Frampton 0
A SECOND-HALF Frampton collapse saw league leaders Lebeq smash four goals in the battle of the top-two.
The deadlock was broken on 31 minutes. Cameron Brown arrowed over a corner and James Hall nodded home.
The best effort from Frampton came on 38 minutes- Ryan Vincent saw his strike pushed around the post by keeper Jones.
An awful foul on 69 minutes by Nathan Dennis on the edge of the box that cost him a booking also cost his team dearly as Christian Dacosta made it two with 21 minutes to go from a free-kick.
The home side were rampant at this stage and only a great save from Steve Sparrow denied Fabian McCarthy a third goal.
Lebeq went further ahead on 73 minutes when Liam O’Neill brought down Dan Payne in the box and Cameron Brown netted from the spot.
Lebeq netted a fourth on 80 minutes. A brilliant piece of individual skill from Dan Payne breaking from the halfway line and sending in a low cross for Shah Bhakerd to drive past Sparrow.
Then, with just three minutes left, the home side made it 5-0 from a great through ball from Fabian McCarthy for Bhakerd to hammer past Sparrow.
Frampton entertain Broadwell on Saturday, 2pm.
