Forest Green Rovers midfielder Ebou Adams has earned a call-up to the Gambia squad ahead of their upcoming 2022 World Cup qualifying matches.
The 23-year-old has seven caps for his national side, five in African Cup of Nations qualifiers and two in friendlies.
The Scorpions will take on Angola over two legs, with the games taking place on Friday, September 6, and Tuesday, September 10. As a result, Adams will miss Forest Green’s trip to Cambridge United.
