Shortwood United's FA Vase Fifth Round tie against Northern League Ashington has been confirmed for Sunday, February 12, 3pm.
Following consultation with Gloucestershire Constabulary it was agreed that the tie should take place on the Sunday as Forest Green play Luton on the Saturday in the Blue Square Premier and this may cause problems with two games taking place in Nailsworth on the same day.
Admission prices will be £8 and £4 concessions.
Club spokesman Jim Cunneen said: "The £4 concessions admission is the minimum price set by the FA for this round of the competition and Shortwood regret the increase of adult admission to £8.
"Under competition rules the home side is responsible for the overnight accommodation and travel expenses of Ashington and this increase is to help offset these costs."
