FURTHER CONCERNS in vehicle crime in Stroud has prompted police to issue a new warning to residents.
There has been an increase in vehicle crime in Stroud over the last couple of months, most notably involving theft of items from within insecure vehicles.
Police last week sent out a warning about incidents in Summer Street, Hilltop Close and on a few other roads.
They are now sending out a further warning about incidents which have been taking place on Bisley Old Road and the surrounding locality.
Stroud police ask that residents within these areas remain vigilant and report anything suspicious to police.
It is advised that residents are ensuring that their vehicles are locked, secure and any possession inside are hidden from sight.
Please do not report anything through community alerts, instead contact 101 or 999 in an emergency.
