A POPULAR pub near Stroud will be under new ownership.
Two new owners have taken over the Ragged Cot in Minchinhampton which in 2020 reopened under the stewardship of Jason Shadlock and Kieren Bodill.
A social media post on the pub's official Facebook page revealed that Katalin and Misi (pictured) had taken over the pub and hotel.
"We are happy to announce that we have officially taken over the pub and hotel from Jason, to whom we'd like to thank for handing over such a great business with its remarkable history," read the statement.
"We can promise to keep up with the good and hard work providing a high end service, fusing the highest quality that our (Food Champs) customers are used to with the confidency of the The Blue Boar Inn
"We look forward to seeing you in a few weeks time with a renewed menu and a few changes made.
"We can ensure you it will be the same cosy and welcoming place you are used to. We will keep you updated!"
